What are PIXELBOARDS? (planned)

First thing, so nobody gets confused: PIXELBOARDS are planned. Nothing is minted. There's no contract and no mint price yet. If anybody tries to sell you one, it isn't real.

With that out of the way, here's what the plan actually is.

The idea

PIXELBOARDS are 1,000 digital decks in original pixel art. Think of a wall of decks at your local shop, except every graphic is pixel art and every one is different.

Out of the 1,000, there are planned to be 10 legendary one-of-ones.

Why the art can't be swapped

All the decks are planned to be generated from one fixed seed. In plain words, the art comes out of one starting point that's locked in ahead of time, so the art can't be swapped after mint. What you'd see is what you'd get.

Where it would live

PIXELBOARDS are planned on Solana, like the rest of Skate Labs, and the docs say they'd be minted in $SESH, which is also planned. Neither one exists yet.

The holder perks, as described

Here's what the docs describe for holders. All of it is planned:

• Skate Plus included. The planned paid tier, without paying for it separately. See Skate Plus: free game, paid extras.
• MONGO priority. First in line for the sensor prototype. See MONGO: the sensor prototype under your deck.
• A fingerboard of your deck. You'd pay production and shipping.
• Your deck on your profile.

That's the list. No returns talk, no price, no promises beyond what's written.

What it doesn't change

The game. Global SKATE is free, and you never need a PIXELBOARD (or $SESH, or a wallet) to play. A deck on your profile doesn't make your kickflip count more.

How to know what's real

• The only place to follow PIXELBOARDS news is the official collection page on skatelabs.app.
• Nothing gets announced by DM.
• If you see a "PIXELBOARDS mint" link anywhere else, it's fake.
